All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may occasionally take slightly longer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To maintain the collectible quality our customers expect, all returns must meet specific criteria.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be in original, unopened condition
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All tags, seals, and protective materials must be present
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of collectible preservation, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened collectibles – Once packaging is opened, items cannot be returned
- Limited edition and numbered items – These are specifically allocated and cannot be restocked
- Model kits with broken seals – Opened kits cannot be verified as complete and unused
- 3A, 3rd Party & Official TFs, and other specialized collectibles once opened
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Final sale items – Clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours (during business days), our team will review your request and provide:

- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any additional instructions specific to your items
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all protective materials
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form provided by our team
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
